The training will cover legal issues regarding federal statutory provisions for the prevention and correction of sexual harassment. It covers practical examples geared towards preventing harassment in the workplace.
This training was developed for employees in Non-Management positions.
NYS Act 0632 Requirements:
- All employers with 15 or more employees (including interns) must complete harassment prevention training.
- All employees, both full-time & part-time must complete harassment prevention training.
- Training must be completed within 90 days of initial hire.
- Training is to be renewed annually.
